The agreement signing ceremony held in the office of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Mr. Abubakar Malami, Tuesday. Director-General of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Prof. Mohammed Sambo has said the new NHIA Act will ensure that 83 million poor and vulnerable Nigerians have access to quality healthcare services.
