Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commissioned the newly completed headquarters of the Nigeria Revenue Service in Abuja, marking a significant upgrade to the country’s revenue administration infrastructure.
The interior fit-out of the landmark facility was executed by Stretford Hill Limited, which handled the transformation of the building’s internal spaces into a modern, functional work environment.
The commissioning ceremony drew top government officials, industry leaders, and stakeholders, including NRS Chief Executive Chairman Zacch Adedeji.
Stretford Hill Limited was responsible for translating the building’s architectural concept into operational spaces tailored to the needs of the revenue agency.
The scope of work included spatial planning, installation of interior finishes, and system integration, aimed at creating a seamless, efficient, and productivity-driven workplace.
The new headquarters is designed to enhance coordination and support the day-to-day activities of professionals managing one of the most critical components of Nigeria’s economic framework.
The project reflects a broader national push toward strengthening public institutions through targeted infrastructure development.
By delivering a purpose-built work environment, the facility is expected to improve operational efficiency and support long-term institutional effectiveness within the revenue system.

He noted that beyond construction, the focus was on ensuring that the internal environment supports efficiency, clarity, and ease of use for its occupants.
According to him, well-designed spaces play a direct role in improving how effectively professionals carry out their responsibilities.
The completion of the NRS headquarters signals a growing recognition of the role of infrastructure in driving public sector performance and strengthening Nigeria’s economic management systems.
