inDrive has honoured one of its most dedicated drivers, Felicity Eseke, with a brand-new Wuling XC250 2025 in recognition of her resilience, hard work and commitment to providing for her family.
Eseke, popularly celebrated as the “Super Mum” driver, received the vehicle at a presentation ceremony held at Ikeja City Mall, Lagos, in the presence of content creator Akinyemi Oluwaseun, popularly known as Asherkine, fellow inDrive drivers and well-wishers.
The recognition followed an emotional appeal by Eseke’s daughter, Louisa, who contacted inDrive to highlight her mother’s sacrifices and dedication to her family.
According to inDrive, Eseke has spent the past five years using the platform to earn a living and support her five children through school.
Since joining the platform, she has completed more than 2,766 rides, turning driving from a means of livelihood into a vehicle for providing educational opportunities and a better future for her children.
The company said the award was designed to celebrate the people behind the thousands of daily trips completed on its platform and recognise the personal stories of resilience, sacrifice and determination that often remain unseen.
Speaking at the presentation, Timothy Oladimeji, inDrive Nigeria Country Manager, said Eseke’s story represented the determination of drivers who work tirelessly to provide for their families.
“Eseke’s story represents determination, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to her children. She reminds us that behind every trip is a person with a dream, a family, and a reason to keep going,” Oladimeji said.
He added that the company was proud to celebrate her journey and recognise the extraordinary effort she had made to support her children.
For Eseke, the recognition was both a surprise and a meaningful reward for years of hard work.
“I am really grateful to inDrive for recognising and celebrating me. I am equally excited about inDrive for creating a platform that allows me to earn a livelihood. I see this gift as a big reward for the hard work,” she said.
