Ahead of the commissioning and operation of the 32-metric tons per hour Rice Mill in Imota, Ikorodu, Lagos State Government has handed over the management of the facility to a private investor for efficient running. The Nigerian Senate has confirmed all 19 nominees appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari as Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs) for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The nominees were confirmed following the overruling of petitions against some of the nominees on Wednesday during plenary.
