60 People Emerge Winners In Dangote Cement N1 Billion Promo in Jos, Ogun

Over 50 winners have emerged as instant Millionaires of Dangote Cement Plc. in the Northeast Region, according to the company in a statement on Monday.
The statement said a Winner’s event attended by a large number of people from seven states of the Northeast, to celebrate the lucky winners was held in Jos, Plateau state last Thursday.
It would be recalled that, on Wednesday, a similar event was organized in Sagamu, Ogun State, and while two people won N5 million each, a total of five people won N1 million each, and hundreds of other customers won different prizes, including television sets, refrigerators, rechargeable fans, 2KVA generators among many others
The Regional Director, Northeast DCP, Ismail Iliya said the winners were from Bauchi, Adamawa, Taraba, Plateau, Borno, Gombe, and Yobe states
According to him, twenty winners were awarded cash prizes and consolation gifts at the venue while those in far-flung areas will be sent theirs after the event
The winners range from businessmen, block Moulders, labourers, contractors, etc across the region, and they were quite encouraged by the big win to participate
The Star prize winner, Salisu said he is elated about his win and commended Dangote cement for the initiative.
Other winners said they initially thought it was not real but realized that ‘with Dangote, only the best can happen.
“We were doubtful initially but with the conviction that Dangote means well for the nation we decided to give the Promo a try
The youngest Millionaire, Salisu Adam A, believed the sky could be the limit if youths strive for success.
Also on Wednesday in Sagamu, the Principal Administrative Officer of the National Lottery Regulation Commission (NLRC), Afam Ojeh lauded the initiative of the Management of Dangote Cement for consistently giving back to its teeming customers through its annual promo, where customers are winning huge sums of money and other lofty items.
Ojeh enjoined the customers to appreciate the gesture of Dangote, as the company, on a yearly basis, gives back to its customers and appreciates their patronage through the Promo.
“The Management of Dangote Cement should honestly be appreciated by the customers as the company paid handsomely to the Federal Government to be given permission to conduct the yearly promo.”
Dangote Cement’s head of route to market, Kayode Akin Bamidele, said the company plays a key role in economic development and it will continue to impact the lives of consumers.
He said many behind the brand initiatives of DCP promise good quality of life and service to humanity
“Dangote cement gave cars worth millions to consumers in 2019. But in 2022, the stake was bigger due to the negative consequences of Covid -19 so there was the need to improve financial status hence, the millions being doled out to target 500 people across the Country
