Promasidor Nigeria has called on established entrepreneurs and business owners across Nigeria to leverage its distribution network to build bigger and more sustainable businesses around some of the country’s leading consumer brands.
The company made the call through its “Build Your Business with Promasidor” initiative, which seeks to recruit entrepreneurs with the financial strength, infrastructure and ambition to establish and expand distribution operations across selected territories.
Under the initiative, successful partners will gain access to Promasidor’s portfolio of well-known brands, including Cowbell, Miksi, Loya, Kremela, Onga, Twisco and Top Tea, alongside the company’s established route-to-market expertise and commercial capabilities.
Promasidor said the programme is designed not merely to expand its distributor network but to create stronger business partnerships capable of driving market growth, improving product availability and delivering sustainable profitability for both the company and its partners.
Speaking on the initiative, François Gillet, Promasidor Nigeria’s Chief Executive Officer, said the company was seeking entrepreneurs with a strong understanding of their local markets and the capacity to build businesses for the long term. “Nigeria has a strong and dynamic entrepreneurial community, and we believe there is an opportunity to build even stronger and more profitable businesses together,” Gillet said.
He explained that Promasidor would bring its trusted brands, established route-to-market systems and commercial expertise, while distribution partners would contribute local market knowledge, business experience and entrepreneurial drive.
According to him, the initiative is targeted at established businesses with the financial and operational capacity to manage strong distribution operations.
Beyond working capital, prospective partners are expected to have adequate warehousing and logistics capabilities, as well as the capacity to develop direct distribution channels serving traditional and modern retailers in addition to wholesalers.
Gillet said Promasidor would support participating businesses with an experienced sales force and dedicated human and operational resources to help them establish and manage effective distribution routes.
The company said the initiative offers entrepreneurs an opportunity to build businesses around brands that already have significant consumer recognition and market presence.
Interested businesses can express their interest by completing the Expression of Interest form through the QR code contained in the campaign materials or by contacting ng.db.enrollment@promasidor.com.
The initiative comes as manufacturers and consumer goods companies increasingly seek stronger distribution networks to improve product availability and respond to changing consumer and retail patterns across Nigeria.
For Promasidor, the programme represents a strategy to combine its established brands and commercial infrastructure with the entrepreneurial capacity and local market knowledge of Nigerian business owners.
The company said the ultimate objective is to create mutually beneficial partnerships that can expand market reach while enabling participating entrepreneurs to build larger, more resilient and profitable distribution businesses.
